Maine State Withholding Form: Enhanced Validation for Exemption Selections

We enhanced the Maine State Withholding Form to prevent candidates from selecting both "Exempt from Maine Withholding" and "Tribal Land Exemption" fields simultaneously. When a candidate selects one option, the system now automatically clears the other field if it was previously selected.

Why does it matter?

Ensures accurate tax withholding information by preventing conflicting selections, maintains consistency with similar validation patterns used in Missouri and Connecticut state forms, and reduces errors in tax processing by enforcing proper field relationships
